De contactloze smartcardlezer van de Latitude 7320 Detachable kan geen contactloze eID-smartcards lezen (bijvoorbeeld een nationale eID-kaart die is uitgegeven door de Duitse overheid, zorgverzekeringskaarten met de AusweisApp2 die is ontwikkeld in opdracht van de Duitse overheid.)
De smartcards worden gedetecteerd, maar kunnen de data niet lezen.
Meerdere externe smartcardlezers van andere leveranciers kunnen de kaarten lezen.

Vervang voor dit probleem geen hardware.
U kunt dit probleem oplossen door de Dell ControlVault3 driver en firmware v5.14.10.10, A26 of hoger te downloaden en te installeren.
