Symptoms
Output from the ddcfg get command shows that the link is inactive.
# ddcfg get # +++ S/N (null) inactive +++ storageid: 6475cf8bfeea40ab65ba347d eth0,192.168.30.160,10000=ethV1,192.168.30.130,10000 ### inactive cs_admin cs_none cs_user
The ddboost info command shows the following error:
# ddboost info DDBoost SDK 7.10.0.0-1015307 bonding is defined as 192.168.30.130@10000 working with [0] 192.168.30.130,(null) as cybersense_admin error: ddp_connect(192.168.30.130,cybersense_admin): 5075 the user has insufficient access rights working with [0] 192.168.30.130,(null) as cybersense_none error: ddp_connect(192.168.30.130,cybersense_user): 5075 the user has insufficient access rights working with [0] 192.168.30.130,(null) as cybersense_user error: ddp_connect(192.168.30.130,cybersense_none): 5075 the user has insufficient access rights
Cause
The ddboost user accounts on the Data Domain were locked.
Resolution
Unlock the ddboost user accounts on the Data Domain.
Run the command again to confirm the link is active and the error is resolved.
