NVP: VM SQLアプリケーション コンシステント バックアップが「VSSメタデータを検証できません」で失敗する

• Microsoft SQL VMは、NetWorker VMware Protection (NVP) vProxyアプライアンスを使用したバックアップ用に構成されています。
• VMのバックアップ アクションは、MSVMAPPAGENTのバックアップが実行されるように、App Consistencyを使用して構成されます。
• SQL Serverの初期バックアップ中に、バックアップが失敗します。VMの C:\Program Files\DPSAPPS\MSVMAPPAGENT\logs\msvmcatsnap.log は、データベースがサーバーに対してローカルではないことを示しています。

• NMM(NetWorker Module for Microsoft)を使用してSQLバックアップを実行すると、同様のエラーで失敗します。

SQL Serverのホスト名とクライアント ノード名の間に不整合があります。これにより、NetWorkerはこれらのデータベースを「ローカルではない」と見なし、バックアップを完了できません。

これは、ホスト名またはクライアント ノード名のスペルミスが原因で発生することもあります。

SQLデータベース管理者は調査する必要があります。SQL Serverのホスト名とSQL構成を慎重に確認します。
システムのホスト名とSQL Serverインスタンスは一致している必要があります。
