如果 Web 工具並非從 Firefox 或其他瀏覽器啟動，請使用下列因應措施強制 jnlp 檔案下載至本機電腦。
這會啟動 Web 工具或下載 jnlp 檔案。如果 jnlp 檔案已下載而非啟動 Web 工具，請開啟或啟動該檔案。這應該會啟動 Web 工具 （如果 Java 已在該主機上正確設定）。
- 如果啟用 HTTPS，請在瀏覽器中將網址格式化為：
a) https://<switch_IP_address>/switchExplorer_installed.jnlp b) https://<FQDN>/switchExplorer_installed.jnlp
- 如果僅啟用 HTTP，請在瀏覽器中將 URL 格式化為：
a) http://<switch_IP_address>/switchExplorer_installed.jnlp b) http://<FQDN>/switchExplorer_installed.jnlp
注意：<> switch_IP_address會是 FOS 交換器的 IP 位址。如果您嘗試以交換器名稱連線，則 <FQDN> 是完整功能變數名稱。
