Dell OEM Ubuntu 22.04 （Kernel 6.1.0-1006-oem） 和 Ubuntu 22.04.1 （Kernel 5.15.0-43-generic)。其他以 Ubuntu 為基礎的 Linux 作業系統也可能受到影響。

  • 無法在瀏覽器中開啟網站
  • Nmcli 顯示 WD19 LAN p2p-dev-wlp0s20f3處於中斷連線 狀態

Cause

Ubuntu Linux 需要 Realtek USB LAN 更新，預設並未包含在內。

Resolution

建議客戶將 BIOS 更新為 v1.15.0 或更新版本，並執行下列命令以進行更新：

  1. 執行 sudo apt update 以更新源。
  2. 執行 sudo apt install linux-firmware 開始更新 20220329.git681281e4-0ubuntu3.10 （Dell OEM Ubuntu） 或 20220329.git681281e4-0ubuntu3.3 （庫存 Ubuntu），以安裝包含所需修正的 20220329.git681281e4-0ubuntu3.26 。
  3. 將電腦重新開機，並確認問題已解決。
