Symptoms
"Unknown Device" is listed in Device Manager. The properties page of this device resembles that shown below:

Cause
This is an Intel issue recognizing the I/O lanes and operations.
Resolution
To resolve the issue, install the Intel Tatlow LPSS driver on the server. Download the driver from the link below:

Extract the driver on the server, then run SetupSerialIO.exe to begin installation.
