Verschillende Microsoft-applicaties, zoals Kladblok en Voice Recorder, geven de onderstaande fout weer in plaats van te openen:

Foutpakket mislukte updates, afhankelijkheids- of conflictvalidatie wordt weergegeven bij een poging om Microsoft-applicaties uit te voeren

Cause

VCLibs vermoed wordt dat dit de oorzaak is van dit probleem.

Resolution

Er zijn twee manieren om dit probleem op te lossen:

  • Voer Windows Update uit.
  • U kunt ook handmatig downloaden en installeren van Microsoft door de onderstaande instructies te volgen:
    1. Referentie, C++ Runtime framework-pakketten voor Desktop Bridge Deze hyperlink leidt u naar een website buiten Dell Technologies.
    2. Klik op Microsoft.VCLibs.arm64.14.00.Desktop.appx om het pakket op C-schijf te downloaden.
      Download Microsoft.VCLibs.arm64.14.00.Desktop.appx
    3. Open PowerShell en installeer via de opdrachtregel: 
      add-appxpackage C:\Microsoft.VCLibs.arm64.14.00.Desktop.appx
