Resolution

Opdatering til følgende versioner af Qualcomm-chipsetdriveren på computeren vil løse problemet.

  • Qualcomm Chipset-driver version 2.1.0.25 eller nyere til Inspiron 14 Plus 7441 og Latitude 7455
  • Qualcomm Chipset-driver version 2.1.0.14 eller nyere til Inspiron 14 5441 og Latitude 5455
