Symptoms

I seguenti errori vengono osservati nei log daemon per le operazioni di etichettatura o mounting del volume del nastro:

Linux: /nsr/logs/daemon.raw

Cause

La causa è sconosciuta.

Resolution

  1. Da NetWorker Management Console (NMC) accedere alla libreria in Devices-Libraries>.
  2. Cliccare con il pulsante destro del mouse sulla libreria e selezionare Properties.
  3. Selezionare la scheda Timer e modificare il timer di spegnimento del carico impostandolo su un valore superiore. Ad esempio, se è impostato su 5 (secondi), aumentarlo a 60.
NOTA: Se la scheda "Timer" non è presente nelle proprietà. Chiudere la finestra delle proprietà e verificare che l'opzione View-Diagnostic> Mode sia abilitata in NMC. Una volta abilitata la modalità diagnostica , accedere nuovamente alle proprietà della libreria.
  1. Una volta aggiornato il timer di sospensione del caricamento, provare a etichettare.
