Symptoms

USB-C-musen eller tangentbordet kan ibland inte identifieras när du ansluter en nätadapter utan ett jordstift (2-stiftsströmkabel).
Problemet uppstår inte när du använder ett batteri eller ansluter en nätadapter med en strömkabel med tre 3 stift.

Cause

USB-signaler med låg hastighet är onormala när en nätadapter inte har något jordstift.

   

Resolution
