Symptoms

Een Qualcomm-laptop blijft mogelijk niet in de sluimerstand of uitgeschakeld en wordt automatisch geactiveerd of ingeschakeld. Het probleem doet zich voor wanneer het is aangesloten op Dell universeel dock UD22 en de optie Wake on AC is ingeschakeld in het BIOS.

Cause

Dit is een ontwerpbeperking van Qualcomm-platforms die de verbinding verbreekt tijdens de sluimerstand of afsluitstand en het UD22-dock dwingt om de stroom naar laptops op te schorten. Dit leidt ertoe dat de functie Wake on AC wordt geactiveerd om de laptop uit de slaapstand te halen.

Resolution

Dit werkt zoals bedoeld. U kunt het probleem tijdelijk oplossen door een van de volgende stappen uit te voeren:

  1. Verwijder het UD22-dock voordat u de sluimerstand of afsluit ingaat.
  2. Laad de standaardinstellingen in het BIOS of schakel Wake on AC uit.
