Symptoms

Den bærbare PC-en går ikke inn i moderne ventemodus ved hjelp av det eksterne tastaturet, etter at du har angitt hvilehandlingen i Dell Peripheral Manager og deretter trykker på hurtigtasten.

Cause

Den bærbare PC-en forblir ikke i moderne ventemodus fordi et operativsystemvarsel utløses umiddelbart etter at du trykker på et tastetrykk.

Resolution

En oppdatering av Dell Peripheral Manager-applikasjonen i november 2024 løste dette problemet. Forsikre deg om at du har den nyeste revisjonen av applikasjonen installert på den bærbare datamaskinen.
