 - Om du använder IP- eller DNS-namnet för gatewayen kan webbplatsen inte nås.

 - Tjänsten körs.

 - Catalina-loggfilerna visar att nyckelbehållaren inte kan öppnas:

        Caused by: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Keystore was tampered with, or password was incorrect

Gateway-gränssnittet är inte tillgängligt. 

Cause

Grundorsak

I det här fallet har filen /opt/emc/scaleio/gateway/conf/catalina.properties två värden som redigeras när du lägger till ett anpassat certifikat i gatewayen:
keystore.file = <keystore location>
keystore.password = <password>

Lösenordet till nyckelbehållaren hade ett extra mellanslag i slutet av raden. 

Resolution

Alternativ lösning

Ta bort extra tomt utrymme i slutet av lösenordsraden och starta om gatewaytjänsten.

service scaleio-gateway restart

 

Kontrollera att nyckelbehållaren kan öppnas som förväntat med det här kommandot:

keytool -list -keystore <keystore location> -storepass <password>
Om den öppnas betyder det att lösenordet är korrekt.
