Ağ Geçidi Kullanıcı Arayüzü kullanılamıyor. 

Cause

Temel Neden

Bu durumda, /opt/emc/scaleio/gateway/conf/catalina.properties dosyası, Ağ Geçidine özel bir sertifika eklenirken düzenlenen iki değere sahiptir:
keystore.file = <keystore location>
keystore.password = <password>

Anahtar deposu parolası, satırın sonunda fazladan bir boşluk içeriyordu. 

Resolution

Geçici Çözüm

Parola satırının sonundaki fazladan boşluğu kaldırın ve Ağ Geçidi hizmetini yeniden başlatın.

service scaleio-gateway restart

 

Bu komutla anahtar deposunun beklendiği gibi açılabildiğini doğrulayın:

keytool -list -keystore <keystore location> -storepass <password>
Açılırsa, bu şifrenin doğru olduğu anlamına gelir.
