Symptoms

Dopo il riavvio del notebook, ALS non funziona. In questo caso, il dispositivo HID Sensor Collection V2 mostra un punto esclamativo giallo in Gestione dispositivi.

Cause

Il sistema operativo non è riuscito a caricare il driver WudfRd in Windows User Mode Driver Framework (UMDF).

Resolution
