Symptoms

Na het opnieuw opstarten van de laptop werkt ALS niet. Wanneer dit gebeurt, toont het HID Sensor Collection V2-apparaat een geel uitroepteken in Apparaatbeheer.

Betreffende platforms:

  •  Dell Pro 13 Premium PA13250
  •  Dell Pro 14 Premium PA14250

Cause

Het besturingssysteem kan de WudfRD-driver niet laden in het Windows User Mode Driver Framework (UMDF).

Resolution

Bijwerken naar driverversie 3.11.100.7727 of hoger op de computer lost het probleem op. Voor het downloaden en installeren van de driver raadpleegt u Dell drivers en firmware downloaden en installeren.
