Symptoms

Depois de reiniciar o laptop, ALS não funciona. Quando isso ocorre, o dispositivo HID Sensor Collection V2 mostra uma exclamação amarela no Gerenciador de dispositivos.

Cause

O sistema operacional falhou ao carregar o driver WudfRd no Windows User Mode Driver Framework (UMDF).

Resolution
