Symptoms

  • O backup do MySQL falha com
nsrsqlsv: Write failed 995(The I/O operation has been aborted because of either a thread exit or an application request.)
  • Os backups iniciados pelo client e do file system estão funcionando bem no mesmo client.

Cause

A biblioteca MySQL está vinculada ao NetWorker, mas a biblioteca vinculada é de uma versão mais antiga.

Resolution

Remova o link e execute a vinculação novamente.

 

ln -s /usr/lib64/mysql/libmysqlclient.so.21 /usr/lib64/libmysqlclient.so
ln -s /usr/lib64/mysql/libmysqlclient.so.21 /usr/lib/nsr/apps/lib64/libmysqlclient.so
