Symptoms

擴充基座無法正常使用 LAN 連接埠，且 Dell 韌體公用程式 （DFU） 無法升級擴充基座韌體。

Cause

停用啟用外接式 USB 連接埠會導致此問題時，USB 2 連結會停用。在 BIOS 設定選單中停用已啟用的外接式 USB 連接埠並啟用 Type-C 擴充基座 LAN 時，擴充基座將無法使用 LAN，DFU 也無法升級擴充基座韌體。

Resolution

在 BIOS 設定選單中啟用啟用外接式 USB 連接埠即可解決此問題。當電腦無法偵測到擴充基座 LAN，且必須使用 DFU 更新擴充基座韌體時。
