Symptoms

När du startar om datorn fungerar inte fingeravtrycksinloggning eller installation för Windows Hello med fingeravtryck. Fingeravtrycksenheten visas inte i Enhetshanteraren.

Cause

Det går inte att använda fingeravtrycksinloggningen på grund av ett BIOS-problem.

Resolution
