Symptoms

Kun tietokone käynnistetään uudelleen, sormenjälkikirjautuminen tai Windows Hello -sormenjäljen määrittäminen ei toimi. Sormenjälkilaite ei näy Laitehallinnassa.

Cause

Sormenjälkitunnistuksen käyttämättä jättäminen johtuu BIOS-ongelmasta.

Resolution
