Symptoms

Bij het opnieuw opstarten van de computer werkt het aanmelden met de vingerafdruk of het instellen van de Windows Hello-vingerafdruk niet. Het vingerafdrukapparaat wordt niet weergegeven in Apparaatbeheer.

Cause

Het onvermogen om de aanmelding met vingerafdruk te gebruiken is te wijten aan een BIOS-probleem.

Resolution

Bijwerken naar BIOS-versie 1.1.0 of hoger op de computer lost het probleem op. Voor het downloaden en installeren van het BIOS raadpleegt u de download- en installatiehandleiding voor Dell BIOS en UEFI Update.
