Dell Pro 14 Plus PB14255 SIM 卡在重新開機後不會鎖定或需要 PIN

Symptoms
WWAN SIM 卡無法鎖定，而且重新開機時也不需要 PIN
任何人在 Dell Pro 14 Plus PB14255 筆記型電腦上設定及解除鎖定 WWAN SIM 卡的 PIN 碼，都可能會遇到此問題。重新啟動筆記型電腦後，SIM 卡會保持解鎖狀態，在重新開機至 Windows 桌面後不需要 PIN 碼。
注意：筆記型電腦進入冷關機狀態後，便會鎖定 SIM 卡，然後再開機回到 Windows。
Cause
這是因為 BIOS 編碼問題所導致。
Resolution
注意：筆記型電腦必須具備系統管理員權限，才能變更作業系統或更新任何軟體。
