Symptoms
WWAN SIM 未锁定，重新启动时不需要 PIN
任何人在 Dell Pro 14 Plus PB14255 笔记本电脑上设置和解锁 WWAN SIM 卡的 PIN 都可能遇到此问题。重新启动笔记本电脑后，SIM 将保持解锁状态，并且在重新启动进入 Windows 桌面后不需要 PIN 码。
提醒：一旦笔记本电脑经历冷关机，笔记本电脑就会锁定 SIM，然后引导回 Windows。
Cause
