Symptoms

When you change the sensitivity settings to slow or high on the Dell Bluetooth Travel Mouse MS700 while using the DDPM software. The sensitivity settings change back to medium if the mouse is powered off and on.

Cause

This is an issue with DDPM that does not map the sensitivity correctly against the Dell Bluetooth Travel Mouse MS700 firmware.

Resolution

Dell Display and Peripheral Manager Update

This issue will be resolved in a new DDPM version (2.0.0.070) that is expected to be released by May 30, 2025 (date can be subject to change).
