Symptoms
Quando si modificano le impostazioni di sensibilità su lenta o alta sul mouse Bluetooth da viaggio Dell MS700 mentre si utilizza il software DDPM. Le impostazioni di sensibilità tornano a media se il mouse è spento e riacceso.
Cause
Si tratta di un problema di DDPM che non esegue correttamente il mapping della sensibilità rispetto al firmware del mouse Bluetooth da viaggio Dell MS700.
Resolution
Aggiornamento di Dell Display and Peripheral Manager
Questo problema verrà risolto in una nuova versione di DDPM (2.0.0.070) che verrà rilasciata entro il 30 maggio 2025 (la data può essere soggetta a modifiche).
