Symptoms
Er is slechts één lampje te zien bij het aansluiten van de dubbele USB Type-C-kabel van een Dell Performance Dock - WD19DC of Dell Performance Dock - WD19DCS op een Dell Pro 14 Plus PB14250 of Dell Pro 14 Premium PA14250. Er is slechts een gedeeltelijke functionaliteit met twee kabels.

Cause
De specificaties van het dockingstation vereisen dat de computer een vermogen van 210 W ondersteunt om beide LED's op de dubbele kabels te laten branden. Het maximale vermogen van de Dell Pro 14 Plus PB14250 en Dell Pro 14 Premium PA14250 is 100 W.
Resolution
Dit werkt zoals bedoeld. De Dell Pro 14 Plus PB14250 en Dell Pro 14 Premium PA14250 bieden geen ondersteuning voor de volledige functionaliteit van twee kabels. Het kan slechts de functionaliteit van één kabel ondersteunen, waardoor er slechts één LED oplicht.
