Symptoms
在搭載 Intel Core Ultra 200V （Lunar Lake） 晶片組的系統上使用 Windows 映像，使用 MST （Windows 安裝程式轉換檔案）、System Center Configuration Manager （SCCM） 或其他映像製作程序時，出現藍色畫面錯誤。
如果來源電腦 （非農曆湖機型） 上的 BIOS SSD 控制器在建立 Windows 系統映像時設為 IRST RAID 開啟，則目標電腦 （Intel Core V200） 會在完成 Windows 重新安裝時重新開機並出現0xc0000001藍色畫面錯誤。
Intel Core Ultra 200V （Lunar Lake） 晶片組僅支援 AHCI/NVMe SSD 儲存控制器設定。
注意：使用 Dell BIOSConnect 或 Dell 作業系統復原工具 （DORT） 重新製作映像不會導致此問題。

Cause
這些系統 不支援 BIOS 中的 RAID ON SATA/NVMe 設定。
在 BIOS SSD 控制器設為 RAID ON 的系統上建立的 Windows 映像與 AHCI/NVMe BIOS 控制器設定不相容。
Resolution
Windows 映像
您必須在 BIOS SSD 控制器設定設定為 AHCI/NVMe 的系統上建立 Windows 映像，並將該 Windows 映像安裝至這些系統。
因應措施：
以下可作為因應措施。
如果系統因此問題出現藍色畫面：
- 將系統重新開機至藍色畫面錯誤兩次。
- 在第三個藍色畫面之後，故障診斷功能表隨即出現。
- 在故障診斷功能表中選取選項以開機至 安全模式 ，然後重新開機。
- 系統應會以安全模式開機至桌上型電腦。
- 等待 30 秒，然後重新啟動系統。
- 系統應以 AHCI 控制器模式重新啟動 Windows。
