Symptoms

Un PB14255 Dell Pro 14 Plus connecté à une station d’accueil concernée peut afficher un écran comme étant générique : hub USB 2.1. SupportAssist pour ordinateurs personnels versions 4.6.x et 4.8.x ne peut pas afficher le nom de périphérique correct pour l’écran.

Cause

Les données correctes ne sont pas reçues de la puce MST (Multistream Transport) en mode DisplayPort.

Resolution

Le département d’ingénierie travaille sur un correctif qui sera publié dans SupportAssist for Home PCs version 4.10 et versions ultérieures. La sortie de SupportAssist version 4.10 est prévue pour septembre ou octobre 2025.
