Symptoms

Bij het aansluiten of loskoppelen van een voedingsbron, adapter of dock knippert de linkerkant van het scherm ongeveer 0,5 seconden.

Cause

Op AMD platforms, wanneer de beschikbare energieprofielen veranderen tussen Prestaties, Gebalanceerd, Energiebesparing of de AC, de interne beeldschermconfiguratie /sys/devices/pci:0000:00/0000:00:08.1/0000:c5:00.0/drm/card1/card1-edp-1/amdgpu/panel_power_savings verandert ook tussen 1 en 0.

Het scherm wordt vernieuwd wanneer de beeldschermconfiguratie wordt gewijzigd.

Resolution

Er is geen oplossing omdat dit een verwacht gedrag is.
