Cause

Un controller segnala uno stato errato (modalità tablet) al BIOS e causa la disattivazione della tastiera e del trackpad.

Resolution

    L'aggiornamento del BIOS alla versione 1.2.1 o successiva sul computer risolve il problema. Per scaricare e installare il BIOS, consultare la Guida all'aggiornamento del BIOS.
