Cause

Een controller rapporteert de verkeerde status (tabletmodus) aan het BIOS en zorgt ervoor dat het toetsenbord en de touchpad worden uitgeschakeld.

Resolution

    Bijwerken naar BIOS-versie 1.2.1 of hoger op de computer lost het probleem op. Raadpleeg de BIOS-updatehandleiding voor het downloaden en installeren van het BIOS.
