Symptoms

當筆記型電腦變更電源狀態時，外部顯示器會閃爍

 

在下列情況下，外接式顯示器可能會出現閃爍、白線或螢幕上的亂碼：

  • 外接式顯示器是透過 WD19 或 WD19S 擴充基座連接。
  • 擴充基座已連接至 Dell 16 DC16251 筆記型電腦。
  • 每當筆記型電腦在睡眠、休眠、重新啟動或關機之間變更電源狀態時，螢幕上的畫面會持續一瞬間。

Cause

電源狀態變更期間出現短暫的訊號中斷。在此訊號中斷期間，會出現螢幕上的問題。這是因為多串流傳輸 （MST） 擴充基座的設計使用線路緩衝區。

Resolution

注意：硬體一切依設計運作。

這是顯示器在這些情況下的預期行為。它只會在變更電源狀態時短暫發生。這不會影響以任何方式使用這些硬體設備。
