Symptoms

Cause
McAfee 软件与 Windows 11（内部版本 26100.863，版本 24H2）存在兼容性问题。
每当资源管理器标记为“登录阻止”的任何内容仍在运行时，就会出现此问题。迈克菲软件可能会耗尽处理器的电源。
Resolution
Microsoft 将于 2025 年 9 月发布 Windows 11 版本 25H2 以解决此问题。
在此期间，您必须等待后台进程完成其任务，然后笔记本电脑才能完成启动进入作系统。
