Symptoms

完成 OOBE 後，Dell 16 DC16250 和 Dell 16 DC16251 筆記型電腦可能無法正確重新開機。筆記型電腦會重新開機至一個點亮空的螢幕，且螢幕中央有一個游標。觸控板會持續運作，而游標會在螢幕上移動。
Cause
McAfee 軟體與 Windows 11 （組建 26100.863，版本 24H2） 有相容性問題。
每當任何被資源管理器標記為「登錄阻止」的內容仍在運行時，就會出現此問題。McAfee 軟體可能導致處理器電力不足。
Resolution
Microsoft 將於 2025 年 9 月推出 Windows 11 版本 25H2，以解決此問題。
在此期間，您必須等待後台進程完成其任務，然後才能將筆記型電腦完成開機進入作業系統。
