Cause

Possíveis motivos:

  1. Comunicação do iDRAC, o iDRAC está inativo
  2. O nó está inativo
  3. Disparidade da frase secreta [desde que a frase secreta antiga não seja a mesma do iDRAC]

Resolution

Se nenhum dial-home for gerado, entre em contato com o suporte técnico abrindo um chamado (SR).
