Symptoms

Windows OS kan te maken krijgen met een blauw schermfout 0x7e en ox139 bij het gebruik van Teams of Zoom voor een videoconferentiegesprek en andere applicaties die gebruikmaken van de webcam.

Cause

Fout in geïntegreerde webcamdriver

   

Resolution

Het probleem kan worden opgelost door de cameradriver bij te werken naar versie 80.25982.6.19, A05 of hoger op de computer. Als u de driver wilt downloaden en installeren, raadpleegt u Dell drivers downloaden en installeren.
