Cause

Si è verificato un errore di battitura e le impostazioni di rete predefinite durante il deployment iniziale. La post-configurazione per la rete predefinita prevede la convalida per le voci del server DNS, ma il deployment iniziale non esegue alcuna convalida. La convalida non riesce nell'errore di battitura e non consente la modifica delle impostazioni.

Resolution

I server DNS possono essere aggiornati utilizzando PowerProtect /usr/local/brs/puppet/manifests/extdata/common.json file di configurazione. Assicurarsi che non vi siano backup o processi di restore in esecuzione nell'ambiente in quanto è necessario riavviare l'appliance PowerProtect per applicare le modifiche.

  • Verificare che non vi siano sessioni di backup o restore attive.
  • Aprire una sessione SSH in PowerProtect Data Manager ed eseguire l'autenticazione con l'account amministratore.
  • Confermare le impostazioni correnti di common.json File di configurazione: cat /usr/local/brs/puppet/manifests/extdata/common.json
  • Aprire il file common.json file di configurazione e modificare il file dnsServers valori: vi /usr/local/brs/puppet/manifests/extdata/common.json

  • Riavviare l'appliance PowerProtect: sudo reboot
  • Consentire all'appliance PowerProtect di inizializzarsi completamente
  • Verificare che le impostazioni di rete predefinite siano state aggiornate correttamente.
