OpenManage Enterprise：4.5.x 无法从 iDRAC 显示实时温度

Symptoms

  • 设备详细信息页面显示一个红色框消息：”Unable to complete the operation Get Realtime Temperature because the device did not respond.”
  • “Monitor Metrics”选项卡为热图显示“无可用数据”。
  • MessageId“：”CDEV6060“ 注册在 Tomcat\application.log 下。
  • 设备详细信息页面显示红色框消息：“无法完成作，获取实时温度，因为设备没有响应。”

这会影响所有 iDRAC10 固件版本 >= 1.20.70.50 和 idrac9 版本> = 7.20.60.50

Cause

  • 在低于 1.20.70.50 的 iDRAC10 固件版本或 iDRAC9 版本 < 7.20.60.50 中，用于获取系统进气孔温度详细信息的 API 为 /redfish/v1/Systems/System.Embedded.1/Oem/Dell/DellNumericSensors/iDRAC.Embedded.1_0x23_SystemBoardInletTemp
  • 此 API 已更改为 /redfish/v1/Systems/System.Embedded.1/Oem/Dell/DellNumericSensors/iDRAC.Embedded.1_0x23_InletTemp 从 iDRAC10 固件版本 1.20.70.50 和 iDRAC9 固件版本 7.20.60.50 开始。 
  • OpenManage Enterprise 4.5.x 未将此更改合并到用于提取数据的 API 中，因此会出现错误。 

Resolution

此问题的修复在 OpenManage Enterprise 版本 4.6.0 中提供。
