Symptoms

  • 디바이스 세부 정보 페이지에 빨간색 상자 메시지가 표시됩니다. "Unable to complete the operation Get Realtime Temperature because the device did not respond."
  • Monitor metrics 탭에는 열 그래프에 "no data available"이 표시됩니다.
  • MessageId":"CDEV6060"는 Tomcat\application.log에 등록되어 있습니다.
  • 디바이스 세부 정보 페이지에 빨간색 상자 메시지가 표시됩니다.

이는 모든 iDRAC10 펌웨어 버전 >= 1.20.70.50 및 idrac9 버전> = 7.20.60.50에 영향을 미칩니다.

Cause

  • 1.20.70.50 미만의 iDRAC10 펌웨어 버전 또는 7.20.60.50 미만의 iDRAC9 버전 < 에서 시스템 유입 온도 세부 정보를 가져오는 데 사용되는 API는 다음과 같습니다. /redfish/v1/Systems/System.Embedded.1/Oem/Dell/DellNumericSensors/iDRAC.Embedded.1_0x23_SystemBoardInletTemp
  • 이 API는 다음과 같이 변경되었습니다. /redfish/v1/Systems/System.Embedded.1/Oem/Dell/DellNumericSensors/iDRAC.Embedded.1_0x23_InletTemp iDRAC10 펌웨어 버전 1.20.70.50 및 iDRAC9 펌웨어 버전 7.20.60.50 이상. 
  • OpenManage Enterprise 4.5.x는 데이터를 가져오는 데 사용하는 API에 이 변경 사항을 통합하지 않았으므로 오류가 발생합니다. 

Resolution

이 문제에 대한 수정 사항은 OpenManage Enterprise 버전 4.6.0에서 사용할 수 있습니다.
