Cause
按照 Dell 電源原則，非 Dell 電源需要 5% 或更高的電池電量才能開啟電腦電源。如果非 Dell 來源正在為電池充電，EC 會封鎖電腦啟動，直到電池電量達到 5% 或更高為止。
Resolution
若要解決此問題，請連接 DELL 65W 變壓器，或者如果使用非 DELL 的變壓器，請等待電池充電至 5% 或更高電量。
