Cause
In conformità alla policy di alimentazione DELL, le sorgenti di alimentazione non Dell richiedono una carica della batteria del 5% o superiore per accendere il computer. Se una fonte non Dell sta caricando la batteria, l'EC blocca l'avvio del computer fino a quando la batteria non raggiunge il 5% o più.
Resolution
