Symptoms

Lifecycle Controller 可能會定期記錄 CTL138 和 CTL139 錯誤。

Cause

當外接式儲存裝置連接至 Dell HBA355e 配接卡時，通常會發生此問題。

Resolution

若要解決此問題，請執行下列步驟。

  1. SSH 至 iDRAC
  2. 執行命令 racadm set system.storage.LimitExternalHBATopology Enabled 
  3. 將伺服器重新啟動電源

 

Dell 工程部門正在調查此問題，未來的 iDRAC 韌體版本將會提供永久修正。
