Symptoms

SQL Server에서 NMM(NetWorker Module for Microsoft) 백업이 실패합니다. 다음과 같은 오류가 나타납니다.

98188: nsrsqlsv: No Active SQL Server found.
98921: nsrsqlsv: Failed to get preferred node for backup of Availability group (xxxxxxxxxxx) with error: [bsGetPreferredNodeOnCurrentNode]: Availability Group (xxxxxxxxxxx) not found on node..
38008: nsrsqlsv: SSL Provider: The certificate chain was issued by an authority that is not trusted.
이 문제는 19.11.x 이후 NMM 클라이언트에서 나타납니다. 19.10.x(또는 그 이전)에서 업그레이드한 후 또는 19.11.x(또는 이상)에서 NMM 클라이언트를 새로 설정하는 동안 나타날 수 있습니다.

Cause

NetWorker 19.11.x에는 역방향 DNS(Domain Name System) 처리 방법과 관련된 코드 변경 사항이 도입되었습니다. 

Resolution

문제를 해결하기 위해 취한 단계:

  1. 클러스터 인스턴스, 각 노드, 백업 서버 및 Data Domain에 대한 백업 서버의 호스트 파일에 호스트 파일 항목(IP, FQDN(Fully Qualified Domain Name), 단축 이름)을 추가했습니다.
  2. 클러스터 인스턴스, 각 노드, 백업 서버 및 Data Domain에 대한 두 노드, 호스트 파일에 호스트 파일 항목(IP, FQDN, 단축 이름)이 추가되었습니다.
  3. 설치된 OLE 데이터베이스 드라이버가 버전 18.x o19.x인 경우 1로 설정하여 플래그 2를 사용하도록 설정합니다. 예:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MSSQLServer\Client\SNI19.0\GeneralFlags\Flag2 (set to 1)
  1. 업그레이드를 수행합니다.
