Symptoms

시나리오: vSphere 환경을 버전 8.0으로 업그레이드하는 경우 Key Provider로서 CloudLink 7.1.x(또는 그 이하)는 지원되지 않습니다.
vCenter를 8.0으로 업그레이드하고 CloudLink 7.1.x에 대한 연결을 표시할 수 있지만 업그레이드 후 ESXi 호스트가 잠깁니다. 이러한 시나리오를 해결하려면 Cloudlink를 버전 8.0 이상으로 업그레이드해야 합니다. 

권장 프로세스는 먼저 CloudLink를 버전 8.0 이상으로 업그레이드한 다음 vSphere 환경을 8.0으로 업그레이드하는 것입니다.

Cause

버전 8.0에서 ESXi 호스트가 CloudLink 7.1.x에서 작동하지 않는 이유는 ESXi 호스트에서 사용되는 TLS 1.3 프로토콜입니다. 이는 CloudLink 7.1.x에서 지원되지 않지만 CloudLink 8.0.x 이상에서 지원됩니다.

Resolution
