Instructions

Replacing the NMC Module on the PDU

Troubleshooting prior to an NMC Module Replacement :

Reseat the NMC module (also known as the Network Module Controller / PDU controller / Ribbon Cables)

Try swapping / testing out an NMC module from a working PDU in the nonworking PDU (both PDUs should be the same model)

NMC Modules are hot swappable. Therefore, the PDU will not go down and nothing else in the environment should be impacted when swapping, reseating, or replacing NMC modules. https://www.panduit.com/content/dam/panduit/en/website/support/university-of-panduit/training-documentation/g5-pdu-user-manual-rev-2.pdf (Page 7)
