ECS: A GC não removerá os Blobs do CAS - Não foi possível excluir o bucket do CAS

Symptoms

A GC varre os ClipIDs do CAS, mas não os blobs. Às vezes, um cliente tenta remover um bucket CAS vazio e recebe o erro "O bucket não está vazio".

Resolution

Etapas básicas a serem seguidas para garantir que o GC esteja funcionando:
1. Conecte-se a um nó do ECS por meio de ssh e administrador de usuário.
2. Verifique se o CAS GC está ativado:

Todas as leituras "Current" que retornam devem corresponder a "Default".

3. Verifique se a expiração do reflexo está definida:

4. Se for um problema de remoção de bucket, verifique se o bucket está vazio executando JCAS ou outra ferramenta equivalente para executar uma consulta:

5. Os objetos CAS têm um período de quarentena de 28 dias. Confirme se o tempo decorreu. Isso significa que pode levar até 28 dias para que o blob associado seja removido quando o clipe for excluído.

Se todas as etapas anteriores forem apagadas e o bucket ainda não puder ser excluído, abra um chamado com o suporte.
