Symptoms

运行“isi upgrade cluster firmware devices”时，群集中所有组件的固件版本列显示 <Unknown><Unknown> ，而不是已安装和所需的固件版本。

Cause

这是由于安装的固件程序包与安装固件包的 OneFS 版本不兼容造成的。节点固件程序包目前有两个活动分支：与 OneFS 8.x 兼容的 10.x 分支和与 OneFS 9.x 兼容的 11.x 分支。在不兼容的 OneFS 版本上安装错误的分支将导致出现此问题。

 

Resolution

首先，确定是否安装了错误的 OneFS 版本的节点固件程序包。如果是这样，请将其卸载。然后：
  • 如果要更新的群集运行的是 OneFS 8.x，请安装最新的 NFP 10.x 版本。
  • 如果要更新的群集运行的是 OneFS 9.x，请安装最新的 NFP 11.x 版本。
两个分支在内容方面是相同的，并且两个分支都在更新的固件可用时进行更新。唯一的区别是 OneFS 版本兼容性。
