Symptoms

AppSync 已完成從副本還原 VMware 資料存放區，但 AppSync 無法註冊範本，並顯示以下錯誤。

虛擬中心服務作業失敗，並出現未知錯誤。使用 VI 用戶端，檢查 ESX 伺服器是否有工作和事件或警報。

Cause

Appsync 不支援在資料存放區還原上進行範本註冊。

Resolution

AppSync 還原 VMware 資料存放區後，必須手動註冊範本。
