Symptoms

AppSync 已完成从拷贝恢复 VMware 数据存储区，但 AppSync 注册模板失败，并显示以下错误。

虚拟中心服务操作失败，并显示未知错误。使用 VI 客户端，检查 ESX 服务器中的任务和事件或警报。

Cause

Appsync 不支持在数据存储区恢复上注册模板。

Resolution

在 AppSync 恢复 VMware 数据存储区后，必须手动注册模板。
